Superannuation TPD Claims

Most people who ceased working after 1998 were covered for Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) benefits under their superannuation policies. This is a benefit separate from other compensation you may be entitled to.

If you ceased work before the age of 65 due to sickness or injury, you may be entitled to between $10,000 and $120,000 in TPD benefits.

Call us if you believe you may have an entitlement. We never charge unless we win.
